Some argue that music mainly serves as a way for individuals to reduce their stress and anxiety. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Some debate that music is a remarkable tool helping people to protect their overwhelmed and agitation. I, personally, state the same perspective of this issue which will be deliberated more below.
On the one side, music protects feeling of anxiety, but with various genres of music which is easy listening, mostly people most likely follow the rhythm and lyrics and thus hampering their cognitive development. Published by journal of scholarship of teaching and learning performance stated, primarily students, their concentration in reading would be broken while listening hip hop and EDM music. Furthermore, the excessive noise level of music could disturb inhabitants’ piece including the quality of sleeping productive ages both students and workers. In order that ones have strength to run on the next activity, local official is better off imposing the noise ordinance laws - San Clemente, California which regulates noise nuisance permit ranging from 07.00am to 10.00pm under any circumstances.
On the flip side, this could stabilise individuals’ mood which afflict the symptoms of depressions. Therefore, combination of jazz and classic music is used to be a therapy which has positive sides to reduce their symptom. In conclusion, in my standpoint, to drown a sense of stressful and worry through music are more beneficial to be concerned to some respect. This includes normalising their bed-tempered as well as strengthening thought to be workout many hours. This is as long as people become conscious to obey the noise ordinance laws.
