In the modern world, there are numerous reasons for the growth of percentage in young crimes. That reality can come from family situations, education, affection from social media. However, it is careful to consider how to punish childrens and teenagers. Because the purpose of punishment is improvement behavior and avoidance of repetition. This essay will discuss the way to punish the young.
The first method highly mentioned is education and advisory. Young criminals need to be educated to understand the consequences of criminal behavior and develop positive life skills. Organizing seminars, talk shows or workshops can help children control their emotions.
Secondly, punishment without prison can be applied. Specifically, the methods such as family supervisions, social supervision, community works that ensure teenagers perceive their mistakes. Besides, in serious cases, imprisonment may be supposed.
