These days, people are interacting with each other by the use of internet and technologies such as mobiles and laptops throughout the whole day. It has become easy to connect with whole world by just clicking fingers on digital devices. However, it also cause emptiness in families despite being living together under one roof.
To commence with, due to the recent advancements in technology and connecting
devices, it brings whole world together under single platform. Loved ones who are living far away from could feel connected with near or dear ones with the help of cellphones and laptops. Moreover, it also ease working conditions of businessmen who want to do business with foreigners, through online sites or video conferencing. Nowadays, for instance, about 70% of younger generation is browsing networking sites like facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram for voice or facetime internationally. As a result, there is certainly great number of benefits of digital technology.
In contrast, it is undeniable that it really helpful in bringing individuals together globally, but, it affect the bond among familes and friends who are living closely. Because, everyone is so busy in their online world that could not even some spend some time with own families results in loss of real relationships. For example, about 65% under age 30s engrossed in imaginary world of devices using various networking sites, forgetting the real value of physical attachment
and friendship. Thus, elder generations feel left out due to the ignorance of their own technology addicted children.
To conclude, with every passing hour, hundreds of unknown people connecting with help of internet and technology. I moderately agree with the notion that mobiles and laptops via networking apps bring people close. Howevere, it does cause detrimental affect, because of online sites many people ignoring real world and their real beautiful relationships.
