Many criminals commit further crime as soon as they are released from prison. What do you think are the causes of this? What possible solutions can you suggest?

It is true that crime offender often attempts to crime when they get their foot in society. There are variety of possible reasons for this and the most important one is unemployment status but steps can be definitely taken to tackle the problem such as training prisoners for some skills. This essay will discuss main causes and some suggested solutions for solving it.
In my opinion two main factors are blame for. Firstly, they are usually always jobless. Unemployment condition plays a significant role in motivating for crime. So that they have been tempted to do crime to make money or prove themselves to their near and dear ones. Besides, Society are cynical about them and don’t have any trust on criminals. For instance, one of the main evidences for hiring staffs is their legal evidence which prove that they don’t have any criminal records. To be specific more, if they had a criminal record, they would not be merit to count on them. By this approach, the crime offenders will be moved to the margin of society day in, day out. Eventually, they would be insensible about their compatriots and societies and attempt to crime.
From my perspective, there are also some solutions to solve this social issue. The first and foremost, it is a social obligation of employers to have trust and well treat with ex-offenders rather than exploiting them. To dig a little deeper, owners should give an opportunity to offenders to finding their ways and approving their abilities. I persist that each person has both negative and positive sides in his mindset that negative sides should be overshadowed by upholding of positive side with help of society and himself. Besides, the day of imprisonment are the right time to make jailbirds to wake up from their slumber and stimulant them to fight for sustainable future by taking relevant steps. For aiming this goal, government should stablish organizations to teach prisoners various professions to prepare them for coming to society. I have read in a newspaper that this organization has been established for kids offenders but I think it should be particularly done for adults, too.
Inconclusion, the willing of prisoners to do crime promptly after finishing their penalties has some causes such as being unemployment and distrusting of society to them. While there are some effective solutions to overcome this unpleasant situation like change the old-time and pessimistic view on ex-offenders and also providing a situation to make them expert in each career that they have knack for it.
