It is evident that the internet and mobile devices encourage people to be inclined to work remotely in contemporary society. Whereas, when it comes to the perspective that it is only effective for staff members of an organization, views are widely divided. I tend to disagree with such a standpoint as apparently, the phenomenon contributes to entrepreneurs as well.
One of the superiority of distance working for business owners is that it will be evitable for the company to pay for their office rents and staff transportation expenditures as well as cutting costs from ordering daily caterings for workers. Instead of spending funds on those consumptions, investing budgets into other beneficial fields is going to an option for CEOs.
In addition, it is undoubted that businessmen will have opportunities to recruit employees throughout the world owing to the technology advantage. It will be favorable for entrepreneurs to find elites who are extremely capable of the jobs as long as the business owners are willing to offer satisfying contracts for them.
In spite of its positive impacts for directors, the drawbacks of remote working cannot be denied. They have to spend much more time on mobile phones and social networking applications. Nevertheless, it will become a major issue on how to facilitate the efficient productivity of crew members without surveillances and real-life communication. However, such problems can be addressed by assigning assistants, for example, secretaries, to supersede employers by undertaking the responsibilities.
In conclusion, it must be admitted that remote working will not only benefit from employees but also business owners. Although there are a few downsides about it, the problems can always be tackled in alternative approaches.
