Dear Sir,
I am writing this Letter to bring into your kind notice that the book which I lend from your library has been damaged.
The tile of the book which I borrowed was Mathematical Modeling, volume no:4, published in year 2015 and written by William. Further, it was six edition of this book.
Last Sunday, I was preparing for my mathematics exam in my study room and referring this book. The moment, when I was in kitchen to have my meal, my young brother who is 5 years old entered in the study room and torn the few pages of the book in my absence.I was very much upset with this situation because I know as per policy I will have to return book in the original condition.
Therefore, I would appreciate if you could allow me to pay you the full fee incurred on purchasing new book. Hopefully, you would understand my situation and approve my request.
