There are several factors that influence on the success of each person during the educational and professional career. One of the most important factor is creativity and the significant role of this factor on flourishing a person at work or school will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
During educational period, we should use our creative abilities to take its advantages. There is an intrinsic completion between peer students in each class and course. The student who are more creative and propose new and interesting answer to the problems could receive more attention and educational benefits. When the professor ensures that a student is creative, he/she will give a recommendation to the student to get admission from the best universities. As a result, creativity could influence the whole life of us and provide many opportunities.
When we our work in a company as a new employee, our chief expect to be active in solving the problems we faced during a project. Although, we were trained in university and also during professional career, always there will problems which is new to everyone and may have negative impacts on the profits of whole company if it will not be solved. In account of this situation, an employee who is creative and could propose new solution for the unforeseen problems would be very valuable for projects and the whole business. Another benefits of creativity for us at work is that, we receive job promotion and therefore it effects on our professional and economic situation.
As a conclusion, the creativity is very important factor to help us to be successful both at school and work. It provides opportunities for us which is not available for every person through accepting in a high rank university and also taking a top position in a company.
