Do you agree or disagree with the following statement The most important investment of a company is to improve the skills of its employees
The most essential thing for the firm to invest in has become the topic of great controversy in recent years. There is a considerable body of opinion that the most important investment of a company is to improve the skills of its employees. This paper will elucidate the reasons why I am in favor of this opinion.
On one hand, investment efficiency and employee progression are what I consider a crucial factor. It is noteworthy that invest, to enhance the skills of employees, is synonymous with broadening employees' horizons and deepening their knowledge. Accordingly, they are capable of having a solid foundation of knowledge. With this in mind, they stand a golden chance to find and understand their problems precisely. Eventually, this probably gives rise to ameliorate the qualities and abilities to make independent judgments and to solve problems better. More notably, while companies are investing for skills improvement of workers, having a precautionary measure warding off employees' failures is inevitable. In the event of this, there is a likelihood for employees to gain more sense of reassurance. On the ground of that, they can focus on working for greater corporate responsibility. During this process, they are prone to undertake complicated works with higher efficiency and accuracy. Under those circumstances, it makes it feasible for them to avert the unintended consequences caused by unsatisfactory skills.
On the other hand, some people express a different view that using money in skills enhancement of workers is often meaningless procrastination for the company to proceed with their tasks. As a consequence, it creates a huge burden on employee progression. Although that might be true, it is just applicable to a minority. The company has already well thought about the plan. Incidentally, there is the apparent purposefulness of their efforts. Therefore, it is unlikely that expend money in the skills amelioration of workers prevents them from obtaining the felicitous choice for time management.
Another point often overlooked is that even if meaningless procrastination does exist, it should be considered as the chance for employees to have an enjoyable and high-quality experience. By the same token, they have an incentive to inspire and motivate themselves to make strenuous efforts. They are given the opportunity to get satisfaction out of realizing themselves develop and reach some of their goals and abilities, which creates a significant impact on the current situation. Beyond any doubt, they tend to relieve tension and promote circulation to make the brain more active. Thus, indeed, empowers them to accomplish satisfactory results. By and large, people should put off the idea that investing in the improvement of workers' skills impedes the company's progress.
In summary, investment efficiency and employee progression are the convincing reasons for my approval. I hope that people take this writing into great consideration to gather diverse perspectives on the issue regarding the most essential thing for the firm to invest.
