Benefiting modern technologies in the food industry not only reduced the time of preparing, but also improved the method of packing, conservation, processing, as well as quality level. Finding ways for conserving the products for a long time in a form of canned or pasteurized allows consumers to just open and have it. Time as a decisive factor is a big parameter for both producers and consumers. The consumers experience hectic hours during the day and not have sufficient time for making food.
I addition, although industrialization forces us to nourish from fast foods, in some places people insist on their traditional diets put their full energy to preserve their local cuisine. Furthermore, mass production of agricultural crops and employment of pesticides to cope the daily food demands are the factors that direct people to organic foods. The passage of time and civilization do not affect on preparing organic meals, because they should spend their normal course. Nevertheless, organic foods build a small proportion of human food basket. Regarding the growth of fast foods research done in the US by a group of nutrition experts. Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
