For example, I remember that my niece had been born 2 months earlier and she was too tiny and also disable, she couldn’t even breath by herself. She stayed about 3 months in hospital and with help of developed equipment and drugs she could survive, while many newborns died at the early days of their life because of the lack of diagnosis, drugs and equipment. this taught that me how the progression in medical science was vital to all of us.
Second, life has been easier, faster and also safer than what it was in past. Advanced in producing new cars, equipment and any other safe and handy material have provided a safer life for us. For example, new cars are much safer than old ones. New cars have equipment such as airbags that have saved the life of many humans in sever accidents I had a very severe accident last summer and I survived it just because of the air bags in my car. Technology saved my life and I am sure that people in past decades was deprived from such useful inventions. Because of new advanced products such as facilities in factories human don’t need to do so many dangerous and hard works. So many simple experiences in life of all of has shown that how safer and more comfortable we are nowadays.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
