Summarize the risk takers articles?
The article states that risk taking is dangerous action, and provides tree reasons for that. However, the professor explains that they are not dangerous and refuses each of the author's reasons.
First the reading claims that universal risk taking personality people takes dangerous risks in their every aspects of life. The professor refutes this point by saying they just take risk some part of their life, such as bankers take risk when they make an investment, and motorcycle driver, or racer take risk on the weekends.
Secondly, the reading connects the risk takers to suicidal tenders. The professor opposes this point by explaining that risk takers never think they will fail, since their skills, and success. They have never failed, so they think they will successfully complete that action.
Third, the article points that there is no reward to take a risk. However, the professor says that there is a reward for the risk takers. According to the professor, there is a chemical, and physical award, for instance a sky divers bodies pump adrenalin, and it is pleasurable for them. Also, physically get benefit, like they have a high self-esteem, and social success. Additionally, we learn that as professor states there are some risks which are foolish to take, like smoking, despite that it does not mean the risk takers are not mentally ill.
