Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing about my missing luggage that was lost last week. I was travelling from Australia back here in Singapore through your airline Singapore Air. When I was waiting in the conveyor belt and my belongings did not appear I immediately coordinate with the airline concierge and found out that my baggage was accidentally mixed in Europe trip bags.
