A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
⦁ give contact details for when you are away
⦁ give instructions about how to care for your pet
⦁ describe other household duties
Dear joe,
I hope you're doing good. I would like to say thank you to you because when I asked for your help, you didn't give it a second thought in your mind and accepted the responsibility of taking care of my house and pet in my absence. In case, if you run into any kind of issue or difficulty, don't hesitate to give me a call on my mobile number (750-630-8426). If I didn't pick up your phone by anychance, drop me a voice or text message to me and I will get back to you.
Secondly,I would be glad if you could take my pet for a regular walk both in evening and morning. In addition to this, maybe you need to buy some pedigrees from one of the local store and feed him as well about 2 times in day. Furthermore, you might need to schedule the appointment with a veterinary doctor who comes once a week for the routine checkup of dog.
Thirdly, I have two maids coming in on a daily basis in my house, one for cleaning the dishes and latter one for washing clothes and ironing them. Last but not the least if you can give water to the plants and place them in the sunlight during day because that would help them to grow.
I am coming back no later than two weeks until then enjoy and have fun.
Faizal
