The article states that some evidence has proved that dinosaurs are actually endotherms and provides three reasons of support. However, the professor explains that scientists do not agree with the idea and refutes each of the author's reasons.
First, the reading claims that some dinosaur fossils have been found in Polar Regions. The professor opposes this point by saying that Polar Regions used to be far warmer than today, and this could enable animals which were not endotherms to live there. He also states that when the polar region was cold, they would migrate to warmer areas or hibernate like reptiles.
Second, the article posits that there the position of legs placed under the body confirms the idea that dinosaurs are endotherms. In contrast, the professor says that the reason behind the existence of legs under the body is to support more weight. As a result, they can grow to a very large size. Growing large is an advantage for dinosaurs.
Third, the reading states that bone structures containing Haversian canals are another reason. The professor casts doubt on this point by saying that dinosaur bones have growth rings used to thicken the bones. This indicates that dinosaurs were not actually growing constantly. There has been times when it had little or no growth while having rapid growth at other times. This is a feature of animals which are not endotherms.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
