Dear sir or madam,
I am writing with regard to a few important documents that I have left at your hotel while I was attended a meeting on 27th of July.
On Thursday, 27th of July I attended an important work meeting in which all the managers of my company attended. At the end of the meeting I was busy talking to some of the clients of the company that I managed to forget a number of important documents. I was sitting in chair number 12 and I believe you can find them there.
The documents are the business plan of an important project that should be fulfilled by the end of the next month, so I guess you would understand how important these documents are for me.
I would be grateful if you could check the conference room and see whether you can find the documents or not.
