give details of when you would be available for this work
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in reference to your advertisement on seeking volunteers to help at your hospital. Recently, I got free from my post graduate exams in dental surgery and I am very keen to work without any sort of pay/stipend at your hospital to use my available time in a productive manner. Capitalizing this opportunity, I firmly believe this is the golden chance to contribute and pay back to society as well.
Let me explain you in detail on the type of work I am knowledgeable enough to perform at your hospital. Considering my education background and relevant experience of 18 months, I confidently believe I would be able to assist in the first level of consultation for the tooth related complaints of the patients. In addition, I would be aptly suitable to assist the senior doctors in specialized root canal treatments which is relatively easier to perform as compared to other treatments.
I can be available from 10 -1 PM from Monday – Friday for next two months for voluntary work. Moreover, I can be available for emergencies during the weekend in the second half only. Kindly let me know if that would suit hospital’s requirements. Should you need any additional information, please do let me know at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mohit Kumar
