As it can be observed from the graph, in 1962 half of the communication is done with the help of letters, which drastically fall by 40% in the year of 1982.Furthermore, the use of computers in 1962 was 15% only, that doubles in 1982. In the use of phones the figures was 35% only in 1962, which shooted up to more than half in 1982.
Overall, it can be said that, the use of cell phones raised to greater extent, and the letter system shows a dramatic fall.
