You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel, in your letter
Say where you think you left the papers
Explain why they are so important
Tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to some papers I have left in your hotel. As you know, the B.U.A company held an important meeting last week, on the 3rd of July, in your hotel and I made the major speech as the manager of company. Unfortunately, at the end of speech I was talking to my employees so I forgot to take my papers. I suppose they have remained on the large table in the front of the meeting room.
They are really significant documents for me because they are the result of efforts of our company during three years ago. In addition, I have a plan to represent them at another meeting which will soon be held overseas.
I was wondering if it would be possible to send them to me in the less time! As I am so busy, I won't be able to come personally. I would extremely grateful if you could send them by a taxi.
Thank you for your help and support.
Kind Regards,
Sarah Smith
