Dear Mr Kevin,
I am writing to apologize regarding the disturbance caused to you from my flat.
Unfortunately, I was busy the last weekend with some household work so couldn't reply to your letter. My family and I are living in the same flat from past ten years and got really bored of the interior of the house. My mom the most creative person among us suggested to get the entire home renovated and also the wooden work to be changed for the cupboards. Therefore, the noise comes from the drilling machine.
I am extremely sorry to bother you. However, I'd have informed you regarding the renovation of the flat and given you a prior notice about the disturbance that would be caused.
There is a good news for you that the drilling work was finished yesterday, Except for the painting of the walls is remaining. However, I would personally take care and try my level best to get the painting work silently done.
I appreciate your patience and kind cooperation.
Yours Sincerely,
Bhavana
