Write a letter to your tutor. In your letter,
• describe the situation
• explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take.
Dear Sir,
I am John, a student of Database training course in your institution. I am writing this to post you updated that I will not be able to continue the course from next month.
I am working as a full-time employee in an Audit company and taking up the course in your institute after my office hours. Recently, I got promoted and my office demands more of my time. Besides, we have some strict deadlines ahead and to meet them, I need to stretch and work for extra hours for few months.
All these new roles and responsibilities force me to pause this course for time being. Anyways, I will get used to my new roles in coming 3months. However, I would like to complete this course after few months as it will be beneficial for my career.
Therefore, I humbly request you to allow me to attend the same training along with the next batch which is going to start after 3months. This will be very helpful for me to manage my office work and to continue my course on the other hand.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
John
