However, there is no denial that socialization is not appreciated by company, but such abilities are highly subjective and it also depends on person to person.
It is believed by many people that interpersonal skills are more crucial than educational qualification for a job. I am completely in disagreement with the statement that amiable nature of a candidate is required over field study. In this essay, I shall discuss the two primary reasons in detail; firstly, numerous jobs need specialized degree and secondly, after qualification; experience matter.
To begin with, there are several jobs in the market where employer purely need specialization into related field. This is because such jobs are totally dependent on employee’s prerequisite and advance study. For example, profession like doctor, lawyer, pilot and engineer do not need social talent to complete their task. In fact, even a small job like sales executive need rudimentary education rather than social competence. Therefore, it is essential for worker to have qualification first.
On the other hand, if something consider by an employer over qualification that is usually experience and achievements in particular profession. The reason because if a person is content with information, he/she will bring incredible successful outcomes. For instance, a recent research project done by Harvard University on employment found that almost every big firm select candidate who has adequate number of experience. Hence, it is clear that experience comes with education and they go hand in hand.
However, there is no denial that socialization is not appreciated by company, but such abilities are highly subjective in nature and it also depends on person to person and employer’s requirement.
In conclusion, as aforementioned, I strongly concur with the notion that qualification is essential for any job more than social skills. Moreover, it is significantly evident that even interpersonal skills developed with degree and experience.
