Hope you are doing well. I am writing in regards to inform you of an incident in which I forgot my official documents while boarding a taxi from your fleet.

To elucidate the incident took place yesterday when I boarded a taxi from North Sims Avenue to Airport as I
had to catch the flight to Malaysia but when I reached airport I suddenly realized that I had forgotten the file in the taxi. The taxi number for your reference is SDG456896. The file which I forgot is blue in colour with transparent cover and a name sticker additionally it has some confidential documents like the memorandum of understanding, Non-disclosure agreements which are critical for some business transactions of my company.

Thus I would request you to send these document to my mailing address which you will find on the name sticker on the file. I hope you can send these documents immediately as I need to send these
papers to my legal department for verification.
