I am writing to request you to approve my leave for a week as I am planning to go on a vacation. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate last year has been very busy for me as I have been involved in the design and implementation of some critical projects additionally I have also been constantly travelling to customer locations. These activities have not only taken a toll on my health but also made my mind dull therefore I plan to go a vacation along with my family to some exotic place. This will not only give me a much-desired break but will be a great opportunity to rejuvenate my mind.
Although my earlier plan was to go on holiday for two weeks however the plan later on changed to a week. Hence I will be on leave from Friday till Thursday next week. Meanwhile, Ana will be taking over in my absence as I have briefed her about the projects which I was handling. In case anything urgent comes up I will be reachable on what’s app or Viber.
