To elucidate I have recently purchased a villa next to your restaurant from the previous owner and would like to carry out some reconstruction and maintenance works as I will be moving in next week. Although it is a brand new house however it requires major repair works including painting as some of the outer walls have huge cracks. Additionally, we need to install smoke alarms as per the mandate from the local government. Furthermore, the noise created by the maintenance and the installation of smoke alarms may cause disturbance to the diners at the restaurant which may result in an underwhelming experience.
Lastly, to mitigate the effect on your daily operations, I would request you to close the front gate and ask your customer to come from the back gate for smooth operations.
