Dear sir,
I am Harry sandhu, senior technical manager of the Citizen bank in Greenwich Avenue. Our company has organized a thirty days advanced software training for a group of fifteen employees. I am writing this letter to rent your convention centre for next month and inform you about our requirements.
During this course of training, we would be guided by a senior software developer about the upgraded banking software. He would be giving us the presentations and lectures. our staff would carry their own official laptops and all other official equipment’s like printer, chargers, stationery and so on.
These are the following facilities that we would acquire from you. A big conference hall with projector setting to give presentation along with the seating arrangements of fifteen people is a must. Further, to inform you that the timings of training would be 9 am to 4 pm. we also request you to prepare vegetarian meal for our staff through those days. Lunch timings would be from 1pm to 1.30 pm, while that time we need some free seats in your cafeteria. I believe that your cafeteria could offer a coffee and tea. Last but not the least, we need two hygienically cleaned washrooms for our trainees.
Looking forward a positive response from you regarding this matter. For any questions, you could contact me at 401-256-9965
