You work for an international company. Recently your job has changed and you believe that more training is needed. Write a letter to your manager and say
- How has your job changed?
- Describe a type of training you will need.
- Suggest the arrangements incorporating training and your work.
Dear Mr. Phan,
I am writing this letter to request a training for dealing with some changes in my job recently.
As you have known, our office has received more orders to create online stores with appealing homepages and an organized payment system. As my team members are specialized in making blogs with minimal design requests from customers, we do not have innovative ideas for building attractive websites. Therefore, it is very importance for me to take a training to help my team provide the best to our valued customers.
A web design course will surely equip me with knowledge of how to create a catchy and beautiful front page for online stores. I believe there is such a 3-month course organized in Ho Chi Minh city headquarter. With the instruction of professionals from UK and experience of the seniors, my designing skill will definitely improve.
As for my absence when taking the training, I suggest that our office organizes online meetings once a week to ensure that I keep track of the office’s work and finish my task when I am away. If necessary, I can book a flight to participate in any importance meeting in person.
I look forward to receiving your response.
Yours faithfully,
Truong Nguyen
