It is irrefutable that works plays a crucial role in the life of people to fulfill their needs .some people opine that working for one organisation throughout the life is best because others believe that by doing job in different companies are good .This essay shall delve with both the view-point along with my opinion in later paragraphs along with some examples .
on the one hand,the supporters of farmer notion claim that working in one field for a whole life is better.Infact,it is not only essential to get experience but also for the betterment of life .As a consequences ,it further lead to get promotion as well as good salary pakages.To epitomise ,if any person dedicate their life towards one field ,it results in getting better future .Another reason is that it is fruitful to become perfect in one field .Owing to which,they get more respect from their collegues.
however,the advocates of latter fact claim that variation in the working field is important.As a matter of it,change is a law of nature as it plays a pivotal role to get knowledge about different culture and work.For instance ,by doing job in different areas ,person is able to acquire information about different culture and moral values by meeting kinds of people.
