First, the author argues that dispersing money will give rise to protecting forests since they will resist against industries. Conversely, the lecturer brings up the idea that since most farmers now use modern agriculture, which needs fertilizer or pesticide, it will be more harmful than industries intrusion. because it will pollute the water and wastage
