Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with regards to the poor service I have received from your customer service desk. A few days ago, I purchased a Video-Con front loaded automatic washing machine from your store. At the moment, I am quite unhappy with its performance.
Last Tuesday, I bought the washing machine and it worked well for the first two days. On the third day, when I switched it on, it continuously produced a beep sound and went off. I phoned your shop and spoke to the sales supervisor on duty named Mr. Peter. He promised me that he will send a technician to my home to fix this issue. I called your store again and again, unfortunately the response was same. It has been three days now I have called and waiting for your reply. Is this the kind of service your shop is famed for?
As you are aware, a dissatisfied customer can badmouth your business, I courteously request you to send your staff to fix this issue at the earliest. I would appreciate if you could replace this washing machine with a new one if possible. I would be grateful if you could call me on 05523865 as soon as you receive this letter.
I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Steve
