Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regards to the recently celebrated, 90th birthday party of my grandfather at the hotel's party hall. Since, it was a milestone celebration, the event was lavish with free flowing beverages and an open buffet.
Let me explain in detail. To begin with, we were pleasantly surprised with the decorations as well as the other arrangements. Secondly, since most of our guests were old, the venue was senior citizen friendly and even the food was not too spicy.
Lastly, the crew was very attentive and catered to all the requirements of the guests. However, I would particularly like to thank Jane. Being the planner, she ensured that the party was organized keeping the needs of the guests in mind. Additionally, due to her wit and humor there was never a dull moment and the crowd were in high spirits.
Please extend my gratitude to the hotel staff.
