At the same time, competition cannot be considered as a less important quality. In the real industry, no one can find a situation where there is no any competition because the industry is a place of inherent competition. The ones who are going to be the leaders of industry should be able to manage the stress in a great competition. Otherwise he won't be a good leader. For example, let's consider a company involving reaseach and development such as apple. there is a intense competition in mobile phone industry nowadays and the leaders in such companies will be able to work optimally under the stress condition of the competition whith the companies like samsung, Xiomi and so on.
