The purpose is to maximize the productivity and work performance. Enterprises are willing to pay the salary for people with flying color results and the ability to solve the problem.

Firstly, people can be well-prepared by getting attempt to collect the experience and knowledge constantly and especially when they are students. Because the world is non-stop developing, it is becoming modernized. When employees enter the workforce, they must pursue the innovations by learning and they need to equip themselves a lot of skills. In addition, employees should be self-motivated, so that they can boost the work performance effectively. For example, employees dream of promote or successful, and it motivates them improve themselves, they get efforts to change.
