Your next-door neighbor likes to listen to music late at night. Because of the loud music, you often lose sleep.
Write a letter to your neighbor. In your letter
• describe the situation
• explain the problems it is causing you
• offer at least one solution
Dear Mr. Johnson,
I am writing to let you know that I am facing many problems due to the music which you play laud music daily during the night. I am not the only victim other neighbors are also suffering from this laud music. I have no issues with music, even I too love listening to songs. But, we should not play songs in the night at high volume.
Generally, I spend my whole day working at the office, and after returning home in the late evening, I study at night. But, because of laud music which you play daily in the night, I am not able to study properly. Also, I am not able to complete my office work which I usually prefer to do in the night time. Moreover, I am not able to attend my phone calls due to high volume.
I would like to request to please stop listening to songs at a very high volume. You should use personal headphones to listen to music. Also, you could listen to songs at high volume in the day time, usually I am in the office at that time. Please treat this letter as a first warning, if I face this problem again in the future, then I will complain to the police about it.
I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
John
