Dear James,
How are you? I hope you and your family are doing well. I am writing to raise my concern about your listening loud music until late at night. It does not let my family and me sleep in the night. I understand you are a musician and play guitar in the band. Music is bread and butter for you but please try to understand my situation.
Firstly, as you know I am heart patient and doctor has advised me full bed rest. I feel uncomfortable by the noise around me. Secondly, my kid needs to go to school early morning, so it disturbed him a lot.
I suggest you to please play the music in low volume or listen music in the soundproof area. I hope you understand my request otherwise, I have to complain to the leasing office. I am waiting for your reply at the earliest.
