The graph below shows the amounts of waste produced by three companies over a period of 15 years.
The line chart illustrates the figure for waste which three different companies manufactured between 2000 and 2015.
Overall, it is clear that the quantity of waste produced by the company A was the mostly highest from 2000 except the period between 2013 and 2015. In addition, there were decreases in the amount of waste which the company A and B produced while this figure of company C saw a gradual increase.
Looking at the figure in 2000, at 12 tones, waste produced by the company A was the highest in comparison with company B and C represented at under 9 tones and just over 3 tones of waste respectively. The five following years, the company A declined gradually the amount of waste produced to about 11 tones in 2005. At the same period, there were a significant rise in the figure for waste of the company B to around 10 tones and the company C to 6 tones in 2005.
From 2005, the company A continued to cut down its waste to approximate 8 tones in 2015. At the same trend with the company A, waste of the company B witnessed a dramatic decline to 3 tones in 2005 while this of the company C increased sharply from 6 tones in 2005 to around 10 tones in 2015.
