Some people think that success is most important in their life. Others think that it’s more important to be happy when they fail. Which idea do you agree with and why?
Throughout history, success has played a prominent role in all societies. Because it is of paramount importance, researchers have always searched for ways to enhance satisfying sense among people. Some people may hold the view that becomes a prosperous person and achieve a goal is the main goal in their life. However, some others may take the opposite viewpoint and believe that become happy and satisfied is the most important than the first option. I content that becomes happy when people face failure is more important than becoming a success. In the following paragraphs, I will delve into the most outstanding reasons.
The first important factor to be mentioned is that people can not achieve a goal without failure in their ways. To elaborate on this matter, when people try to become a success, they face failure many times. In this situation, they must know how to manage and face their failure. Also, they would find their fault and fallacious in their pass and try to solve their failure. In each lose, a person would better analysis it, and find the lesson that belongs to this failure. In the next step, she prevents to repeat her faults so that she would become closer to success. But, if a person who fails in the ways does not become happy and she feels disappointed, she cannot change failure to success. Therefore, she always becomes disappointed, and she never starts to solve her fault. Indeed, she would not become a prosperous person.
Another reason which deserves some words here is that become happy when face failure is key to success. To shed more light on this matter, each people face failure much time in their life since they born. When they tried to start to walk, they would fall many times. But, they started to walk again until they completely learned. We can see this path in all section of life like at school, university and work. Prosperous people always become happy when they face failure, and they don't become a disappointment. Because they learn how to face their failure and fault as the same as when they were a child, and they wanted to learn how to walk.
All in all, considering all the aforementioned reasons lead us to the conclusion that becomes happy in failure time is more important than becoming a success. I believe that each success needs failure, and successful people become happy when they face failure. In this situation, they try to solve their fault and learn a new lesson from their failure.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
