In recent decades, the trend of travelling in far-flung areas, such as South Pole for a variety of people has been receiving a great deal of public attention. Although this is not without disadvantages, its benefits still justify.
There are many advantages of exploring remote areas that should be taken into account. First, when thrill seekers set their footsteps on these sites, they can gain more new experiences. In fact, this is a once-in-lifetime journey for them to capture breathtaking views of imposing ranges of mountains, meet new friends who are like-minded, thereby getting more excitement. Second, it is considered as one of the golden opportunity for scientists to discover the nature world and contribute to new innovations of human beings. For instance, these trips are conducive to their researches about wild animals or the structure of the earth, which benefits for important current studies about new genes or geographical structure of globe.
On the other hand, there are many reasons why they should not take part in these vigorous trips. First, since these adventures is to explore absolutely new lands, which can put them in jeopardy. It means they can face with harsh weather conditions or unexpected temperature changes, which leaves them at stake or fatal situations. Second, in order to reach these areas, it requires much effort, loads of money. In fact, it is necessary to invest the huge amount of money in equipment with a support of experienced scientists, however, it can come at the expense without valuable results, thus wasting money and labour force.
In conclusion, exploration of remote regions provides a whole host of upsides for scientists and travellers. By weighing up all pros and cons carefully, they can have their own decision that helps to develop our society.
