generally, it can be clearly seen from those charts that most of the players are male, whose age from 18 to 35. Furthermore, action games is the best-seller electronic games with 42%.
Specifically, among six divided best-selling electronic games titles, action game accounted for the most, sports games was at the second position with 21% while racing games placed at the third with 17%. there are 7% in each categories, role-play and education, were sold in 2003, and others games made up only 6%.
The second pie chart illustrates a tremendous percentage of male players which comprised of 72% whereas girls only took up 28% in total.
The age of the player was divided into three age groups including those less than 18 years old, between 18 and 35, and those aged above 35. Teenagers and young adults are two entities that play electronic games the most. there were 42% of players from 18 to 35 years old play such games in 2003. players who did not reach 18 years old yet constituted 35% in general, and the rest are players aged over 35.
