Your friend is in another country, write a letter to your friend asking for advice about employment opportunities in his country.
In your letter, you should say:
• why you want to work there
• what skills and work experience you have
• inquire benefits (salary and hours).
Dear Friend,
It’s been so long since our last call, hope everything is fine with you overseas. I am contacting you for some advice from your side, regarding work opportunities at your country.
As you know, the situation here is getting worse and messy. Companies are closing or removing their employees, and I’m searching to find a job in another country, where can I gain more experience and new challenges and move my family to a safe and secure place.
Additionally, as you know I have 7 years’ experience in the filed restaurants, I had several certified trainings locally and outside the country, with professional trainees and centers. I am right now the head manager of a high-class restaurant at the capital.
As I was job seeking the employment opportunities online, I’ve found that at your country there is a lot of chances to move and work there. The employee will receive high benefits such as, salaries paid hourly, low taxes and most important pension rules after retirement and the chance to get the citizenship.
I would like to know your advice, for such job opportunities in your country.
Waiting for your reply; and give my best to your family.
All the best,
