You are planning a holiday in another country and would like a friend to accompany you.
Write a letter to the friend asking him/her to join you and explain:
- Why are you taking a holiday?
- What is your holiday plan?
- Why would you like him/her to go with you?
Dear Anna,
Hello, how are you? Hope you and your family are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to invite you to accompany me for one-week holiday trip with me.
For the past one-year I was occupied with a lot of work pressure in my company IDFC Mutual Funds as they have launched a New Fund Offer for its investors. The entire responsibility from the launch of the new scheme, receiving the applications, depositing the high value cheques and sending the report to our back office was on me. Since now the work pressure has reduced a bit, I am thinking to take one-week holiday.
I am planning to organise a trip to Singapore for a week from 12th December to 19th December. It is a beautiful island which is not only famous for being the cleanest country in the world but also has many famous tourist attractions such as Universal Studios, Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the Bay. We will have a great fun there enjoying the exotic seafood, shopping, as well as spending a day on Singapore cruise.
I would like you to accompany me on this holiday as I am sure we will enjoy there doing many exciting activities together. Kindly schedule all your work so that you can take out your time and plan with me for this holiday trip.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Take care
With love,
Prabhpreet Kaur
