You recently organized an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
- Say what the participants liked about the hotel
- Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel
- Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future
Dear Sir,
My Name is Harsha Vardhan and I organized a meeting at your Hotel recently. I am writing this letter to provide feedback on hospitality and few suggestions for improvement.
To begin with, I arranged an all-day meetup in your hotel dated 10th December. It was a very great stay and my teammates liked the ambiance of the hotel. In addition to that, the lake view from the hotel is awesome and it makes your hotel experience better from others.
Although the hospitality is very good, most of our colleagues complained about the lunch. The menu was very concise with south Indian items, we didn’t have enough choice to make on food. On the other hand, the food lacks taste especially the Hyderabad style biryanis.
By considering the above feedback, I request to make a good balance on the food types like south, north and international dishes. It will be good if you can arrange a live kitchen counter so that visitors can have the privilege to order their items with their custom style.
I hope you consider the feedback and improve the arrangements next time.
Yours Faithfully,
Harsha Vardhan
