Overall, it is clear that the number of visitors increased after the refurbishment of the museum. Furthermore, the proportion of very satisfied visitors rose significantly while the dissatisfied rate among people fell sharply after the renovation.
In terms of visitors, the total number of visitors before the renovation was 74000. This figure then rose dramatically to 92000 after the refurbishment took place. On the other hand, the rate of very satisfied people was only 15% which increased to a high of 15% over a single year.
Before the renovation, 40% of people reported that they were dissatisfied with the museum, but this figure dell instantly to 15% after the refurbishment. Similarly, the number of very dissatisfied visitors decreased by 5% whereas the percentage of satisfied visitors went up by 10%.
