Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Ahmed and I am a frequent traveler on your train. I would like to inform you about the loss of my bag on one of your trains. Which is a valuable gift from my father.
On Thursday 15th January on train number 55 route B heading from Cairo to Alexandria. When I was going to my office on your train, I had a phone call which distracted me; I left the bag on my seat. It was a black leather bag with a silver belt which contains an important personal items plus my work laptop.
I would be grateful if you could help me find my bag by taking the required action in such cases. I also request to contact the railway staff who were on duty during that time; moreover, hanging a notice with the bag’s descriptions would be useful.
I am looking forward to hearing from you. Should you require any further information, you will contact me on 95782521.
Faithfully yours,
Ahmed karem
