In general, the biggest amount of money spent belonged to teachers’ salaries in three periods of time, the opposite was true for insurance which accounted for the least figure among surveyed categories.
In 1981, the money paid for teachers held 40% in regard with the total, following an increase to reach 50% in 1991. this figure then made a slight drop of 5% in the last year of the survey.
