Dear Sir,
I am writing this to inform you that I have lost my mobile phone during my vacation to Goa. It is a Samsung Galaxy9 mobile which costs around 30000. However, I thought it will be a happiest trip but, on the before day of my return that is on 21st January, I have lost my phone which is present for me from my parents. As I have insurance coverage for the mobile phone from your company. I hope you can get me the insurance money.
I went on a vacation to Goa during 15 January to 22 January. While, eating food in a restaurant and went to wash my hand. In between, kept my phone on table when I was back I could not find it. I have registered a complaint in nearby police station.
I hold insurance for my mobile phone, I would claim the money for my lost phone. As per the rules of insurance coverage, I claim the amount of 25000 for the phone I have Lost. Please find the invoice and the FIR copy for the lost mobile phone with this letter.
