I am writing to complain about the laptop that I had purchased from your Apple Store in Tracy, California on 24th May, 2020. It was a Macbook pro 2019 with a 13 inch display.
Since I work from home, my device is a crucial part of my profession. However, the enter key has stopped working today and it is causing me distress. I had to send an urgent email to my client but due to the faulty keyboard, I had to borrow my brother's laptop to finish my work, which was already delayed. This is completely unacceptable, a company like yours should check their devices properly before selling them to the customers.
In the view of what has happened, I would like you to contact me as soon as you recieve this letter. As the equipment is still under one year warranty, I would want Apple Store to send a technician to fix the device or send a replacement at an earliest possible opportunity. Additionally, I would like a written apology for the inconvenience caused.
If you have any question, feel free to contact me. Looking forward to your response.
Yours Faithfully,
YOYO
