Overall, there are seven distinct stages in the production of leather goods. This process is lengthy, complex, and it is done by machinery.
The first step in the process is we hang out the animal skin under the heat of the sun to dry the material. Then it is loaded onto the truck and transported to the factory to undergo chemical treatment. In the factory, the animal skin materials are washing in a mixture consisting of water and lime. After that, they are transferred to a lime storage facility and soaked for a while. The next step involves smoothed and flattened by a large rolling machine, then it continues submerged in a liquid called tannin. Subsequently, it transferred to a small roller which moved over the surface to polish the leather.
In the final stages, all processed materials are still transported by lorry to a different factory. Here, products such as footwear, bags, sports items, and fashion accessories are born and ready to be picked by customers.
