You have bought a new camera but when you got it home you found it had some problems. You returned the camera and spoke to the company representative a week ago but the camera has still not been repaired.Write a letter to the company.
In your letter:
-Introduce yourself
-Explain the situation
-Say what action you would like the company to take
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with regard to my recent purchase which I made on 12th June 2020 from your electronic store.
My name is Ann, a professional photographer and a regular customer of your store. I have been shopping from your store for almost 3 years as it is just a 5-minute drive from my home.
On 12th of June 2020, I bought a Sony 25 Megapixel camera for my next assignment. As I was in a hurry, I did not open it and went straight to my worksite. As soon as I started clicking pictures, I noticed that the zoom function is not functioning as expected. So, I returned the camera, to the customer service department; however, when I spoke to Harry, one of the company’s representatives, I was notified that the gadget has not been repaired yet.
Since this situation is affecting my work, I would like you to intervene in this matter. Could you please coordinate with the technical support team to accelerate the repairing process?
I await your prompt service.
Yours faithfully,
Ann Roberts
