Your son is learning a second language at school, but he needs some extra lessons.
Write a letter to a teacher asking for help. In your letter:
1. explain why your son needs help
2. ask the teacher about her teaching experience and methods
3. and suggest a possible schedule for the lessons.
Dear Madam,
I am writing this epistle, to let you know that my son is facing some issues in the second language thta he is learning at his school owing to which I want to request you to help him out.
We have shifted to Punjab recently and here in schools a child has to choose one out of Hindi and Punjabi. My son has opted the latter and thi is his first time that he is learning this language. The letter formation is difficult for him and so is the reading. He takes time to understand the word. Hence, your time and support is needed.
I wanted to know how this subject is being taught by you and since how many years you have teaching this. Children learn quickly when they practice ,I know, so I was wanting to know the kind of pedology adopted by you, the different teaching aids, and the instruction plan to be used. This will really help me in understanding your style of teaching. I think any time between 4:00pm and 7:00pm can suit me for extra lessons but final I leave on you.
I thank you in anticipation and look forward for a positive reply from you.
Yours sincerely,
Navpreet Kaur
