In general, people aged 65-74 and 75 and over experience stress because of their own health problems and no particular reason the most, while money and overwork are the main causes of stress among people who are 25-54 years old.
The proportion of people who are 75+ and 65-74 stressed due to no particular reason account for 35% and 32% respectively, which are nearly double the percentage of people aged 55-64 and 5 times as much as the figure of people aged 25-54. The proportion of 75+ and 65-74 year-old people who are suffering from their health issues constitute 23% and 15% respectively, higher than people in two younger age groups.
By contrast, it can be seen that the number of people aged 25-64 stressed because of overwork take up the highest percentage, at 25%, which are 10% higher than the 55-64 age group, meanwhile the range age 75+ are the least affected by overwork, only 1%.
